I have been working in Danske Bank for 35 years and recently appointed to a new position as Head of Customer Service, Business Banking, having spent almost 10 years as Head of Corporate Banking.
Northern Ireland is in a recovering economy and businesses will need the right advice and support to adapt to a changing environment and respond to new growth opportunities. I have responsibility for ensuring that customers have access to the right expertise, advice on cash flow management and financial support. This is also combined with the need to ensure that our customer satisfaction levels continue as highest in the market through exceptional customer service and that the customer experience continues to improve.
I will be working very closely with Northern Ireland businesses. I understand the opportunities and challenges that businesses are facing and, importantly, what businesses want and need from their bank.

Outside the Bank I am involved in a variety of sports and I am also involved in local church activities. I am married with three grown up children.
