2005-2011 Enterprise Equity Fund Management
Craig is a founding Partner in HNH Partners (previously Horwood & Holmes Corporate Finance). He was previously a Director at Enterprise Equity, a Belfast-based Private Equity Fund, before becoming a founding partner of Horwood & Holmes Corporate Finance in March 2011. Having joined in 2005, he was a member of the management team that bought-out Enterprise Equity Fund Management in 2008.
He previously represented Enterprise Equity on the Boards of Intelesens Ltd, Bluechip Technologies Ltd, Kelsius Ltd, Chambers Coach Hire Ltd and Sepha Holdings Ltd. He was previously retained as a Consultant by Enterprise Equity.
Craig trained at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2001. He then joined Deloitte where he specialised in business advisory and strategic planning, working mostly with Northern Ireland SMEs.
Craig sits on the CBI NI Economic Affairs Committee.
Educated at Queens University Belfast and Université des Sciences et Technologies de Lille (Lille I) he attained a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Management in 1996 before completing an MA in European Business at the University of Ulster in 1997.
Craig is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants in Ireland. He subsequently completed courses at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cranfield University School of Management and with the British Venture Capital Association (BVCA) and European Venture Capital Association (EVCA).
