IoD Risk workshop 1 : Managing Procurement Risk

Following on from our successful series of workshops on various issues relating to Managing Risk in the organisation, the IoD in partnership with the public sector Chief Executives’ Forum and the NI Audit Office, are running a further series of three workshops this autumn.

The workshops will address some of the important issues raised by delegates at the first three events.

All will run from 13.00-15.30 and include a networking lunch before the interactive two hour workshops are delivered by Aon Risk Service’s expert team from London.

The issues that will be covered in this first session on Managing Procurement Risk will include:
